After trying several more times, I was finally able to log in after changing my password over 10 times!!! I scheduled the 3rd payment. Tried again, received the same error message as above. Went back a few days later and checked again to make sure it was scheduled. Signed on later, and it appeared as if it took my payment. Received the following message, "Unable to sign on portal to pay bill." Tried reaching customer service and couldn't. 0.Stay far away from this credit card! I opened my account 2 months ago.
